Full Automatic Plantain Banana Flour Production Line

Full Automatic Plantain Banana Flour Production Line include plantain banana peeling machine, plantain banana slicing machine, plantain banana slice dryer machine and plantain banana flour grinder.

Production of flour has been carried out by peeling and slicing green fruit, exposure to sulphur dioxide gas, then drying in a counter-current tunnel dryer for 7 to 8 hr. with an inlet temperature of 75° C and outlet temperature of 45° C, to a moisture content of 8%, and finally milling.

1. Plantain Banana Peeling Machine

Double Inlet Green Banana Peeling Machine is used to peel green plantain and green banana. It include two feeding position, which allow two worker to operate.  This machine also design with automatic take away conveyor, it will take all the peeled plantain banana into same outlet.  Green Banana Peeling Machine uses artificial feeding and automatic peeling process. 3. Banana Multi-Layer Drying Machine

Full Automatic Multi-Layer Garlic Dryer Machine, also used as vegetables, medicines, fruits dewatering. After drying, garlic becomes white or light yellow, then can process into garlic powder or seasoning garlic powder. The drying equipment space with 25-130m2 different models, can meet different material production .

4. Banana Flour Grinding Machine

Water Cooling Type Stainless Steel Banana Flour Grinder Machine is made of high quality stainless steel, with turbo crushing design. It is suitable for banana flour, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper powder, herbs powder grinding processing. The fineness can get from 10 to 120 meshes

Water-cooling System

Water-cooled device is used to reduce the temperature of the grinding chamber. During the grinding process, if there is no water cooling system, the grinder chamber temperature will reach 70-80 centigrade. Understand such high temperature; it will make damage to spice or herbs (the chemical component and smell may be influenced by temperature). Temperature will also make the grinding speed lower.
