Multihead Weighing Machine

Multihead Weighing Machine is special designed weigher for big products like: potatoes, lemons, onions, oranges. which is not bigger than 10cm. The speed can run 35 bags per minute for 1500g , It is specially designed to adapt for products which is big and round.

Automatic Mesh Bag Clipping Machine

Mesh bag clipping machine with a simple operation for package weights from 250 g to 5 kg. With this machine, all kinds of fresh fruit and vegetables such as oranges, lemons, peppers, Brussels sprouts, potatoes, onions, garlic and other products of the food industry can be packed into machine-usable net material.

Mesh bag clipping machine works with net material that is drawn off the net tube for each machine cycle and closed with a clip. At the same time,the bag can be provided with a label. Romiter Clipping Machine has an automatic system to change from one net tube to the other, thus ensuring a continuous production. The machine complies with the newest industrial standards. A Siemens S7 control unit regulates all machine functions and a 6“ touch screen simplifies the operation and setting of parameters. Label transporting units and various types of industrial printers provide the required label during the automatic packaging process. Full automatic mesh bag clipping machine reaches a packing rate of up to 30* packages/h and may be synchronized with any established weighing or counting machine.

Take Away Conveyor

Take away conveyor(also called output conveyor,finished product) is used for taking out the finished bag from vertical packing machine.  Take away conveyor is made of 304 stainless steel and plastic(PP)，mainly used to connect the package machine and Check Weigher or Collecting Table. The belt is modular belt which is more stronger, durable and easy clean.   The belt width can be changed for different bag size.It has start/ stop botton and main switch.

Rotary Collection Table

Rotary Packing Table is also named Lazy Susan. It is mainly composed of a dished table top, a motor and a support frame. All parts are made of stainless steel 304 which is hygienic for food. The rotation speed is adjustable by the inverter in the control box. Rotary Collecting Table is designed for collecting  the bags from Packing Machine.
