Automatic Disposable Wooden Spoon Hot Pressing Forming Machine

Automatic Disposable Wooden Spoon Hot Pressing Forming Machine is used to hot press raw wooden spoons to curve wooden spoon shape. We can change the forming mold for disposable wooden forks and disposable wooden knives.  This machine is designed with bulk feeding which uses a robot arm to suck the disposable spoon to the hot pressing mold for hot pressing forming. The robot arm will also take out the disposable wooden spoon to follow take way conveyor. The conveyor will transport these disposable wooden spoons to the following packing platform. this wooden spoon is counted and ready for packing. We can use a semi-automatic bundling machine to pack the disposable wooden spoon.

Now, we have updated the machine to robot hand type, which can avoid old sucked type problem. (for sucked type, if the spoon plate broke, it will not be sucked or sometimes, one-time suck will suck two in the forming mold. )
