Semi-Automatic Plantain Banana Flour Production Line include plantain peeling machine, plantain slicing machine, plantain slice drying machine and plantain grinder machine.

1.  Banana Peeling Machine

Single Inlet Green Banana Peeling Machine is used to peel green unripe plantain and banana. It adopt worker manual feeding and automatic peeling design. The capacity of such machine can reach 35-80pcs，The final peeled banana or plantain is clean and complete pulp. Green Banana Peeling Machine is used for banana in any camber, any size and any shape.

Customer can also use manual to peel the banana, in this way, it will not need this machine

2.  Banana Slicing Machine

Vertical Tube Type Banana Chips Cutting Machine is used to cut banana into chips shape, It can also be used to cut apple ,pear ,potato, tomato, carrot ,onion ,banana ,plantain ,orange ,lemon ,kiwi fruit ,Lotus root etc. The cutting surface is smooth, even and thickness can be adjustable, not crush. Vertical Tube Type Banana Chips Cutting Machine is made from food grade stainless steel SUS304, so it’s healthy and safe. It is easy to operate and high efficiency.

3. Banana Slice Drying Machine

Semi-Automatic Electric Heating Banana Chip Dryer Oven are special design for drying banana slice with electric heating pipe. Electric heating dryer oven has the feature of no pollution on working shop air and easy to operation. Electric heating dry oven has automatic control system for the oven temperature. The sensor will reflect the temperature in the oven to the control system. When the temperature reach the setting temperature, the heating pipe will stop to work. In this way, we can save a lot of electricity

4. Banana Flour Grinder

Automatic Ginger Powder Grinder Machine is made of stainless steel SUS304. It is multi-function, which can be used in foodstuff area, medicine area and chemical area powder grinding.
